Triple Room

TERMS AND CONDITION:

• Including 15% VAT and Municipilty Fees
• Check-in time is after 16:00 Hrs. And check-out time is 12:00 HRS.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Free Cancelationt Acceptable 07 Days prior to arrival date during the Low Season.
• Free Cancelation Acceptable 14 Days prior to Arrival Date During the Hight Season
• Any Amendment Acceptable before 14 days of arrival date during hight season.
• Any Amendment are subject to availability during Low season.

NO SHOW POLICY:

• IN the event of NO Show on the date of arrival total stay will be levied.

DAY USE / LATE CHECK OUT:

• Requests for any late check out confirmed by the Hotel, The Hotel Shall charge 50% of the contracted Room rate
• for any check out from 12:00 NOON Until 18:00 HRS, The full contracted Room rate for any check out at or after 18:00 HRS. (LOCAL TIME)

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Payment Method During Hight season: 50% Down Payment Upon Confirmation and the rest of the amount before the arrival date.
• Payment Method During Low season: 30% down payment Upon confirmation and the rest of the amount before the arrival date.
