TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Rates are including Municipality Fees 5%^ and 15% VAT Taxes.
• Rates are excluding 10% Maqam Fees

CANCELATION POLICY:

Individual Bookings (less than 5 Rooms):

• 10 Days or more free of charge.
• Less Than 10 Days before Arrival, 1 night including meals will be charged as cancelation fees.
• Less Than 03 Days before Arrival, Full Stay including meals will be charged as cancelation fees.

Group Bookings (5 Rooms or more):

• 30 Days or more free of charge.
• Less than 30 Days before arrival, 20% of total amount including meals will be charged.
• Less than 21 Days before arrival, 50% of total amount including meals will be charged.
• Less than 14 Days before arrival, 80% of total amount including meals will be charged.
• Less than 7 Days before arrival, 100% of total amount including meals will be charged.

AMENDMENT POLICY:

• 30 Days before arrival Maximum number of rooms Amendment (Decrement) accepted 80%.
• 21 Days before arrival Maximum number of rooms Amendment (Decrement) accepted 50%.
• 14 Days before arrival Maximum number of rooms Amendment (Decrement) accepted 20%.
• 07 Days before arrival Maximum number of rooms Amendment (Decrement) accepted 05%.
• 06 Days or less before arrival no Amendment will be accepted.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Individual booking has to be paid in full upon date mentioned in confirmation letter.

Group booking payment will be as follows:

• 20% of total amount upon confirmation
• 50% of total amount has to be paid 21 days before each group arrival
• 80% of total amount has to be paid 14 days before each group arrival
• 100% of total amount has to be paid 07 days before each group arrival

In case of not meet above mentioned installment dates booking will be automatically released and will be subject to cancelation policy fees.

NO SHOW POLICY:

• In case of No Show, Full Stay including Meals will be charged as No Show Fees.
