Terms and Conditions:

• Above Rate are including Municipality Fees 5% and 15% VAT Taxes.
• Above Rates are excluding 10% Maqam Fees.
• Weekday (WD) are Saturday until Wednesday and Weekend (WE) are Thursday and Friday

Cancelation Policy:

Individual Booking (less than 5 rooms):

• 10days or more free of charge.
• Less than 10 days before arrival, 1 night including meals will be charged as cancelation fess.
• Less than 3 Days before Arrival, Full stay including meals will be charged as cancelation fess.

Group Bookings (5 rooms or more):

• 30 Days or more free of charge
• Less than 30 Days before arrival, 20% of total amount including meals will be charged.
• Less than 21 Days before arrival, 50% of total amount including meals will be charged.
• Less than 14 Days before arrival, 80% of total amount including meals will be charged.
• Less than 7 Days before arrival, 100% of total amount including meals will be charged.

Group Bookings (50 rooms or more):

• Contract with special terms & conditions.
