TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Rates are including VAT & Municipality fees.
• Rates exclude Maqam fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Individual Bookings (less than 5 Rooms):

• Cancellation within 14 days or more will be free of charge. Less than 14 days before the arrival one night including meals will be charged as cancellation fees.

Group Bookings (5 Rooms or more):

• All bookings are non-refundable

AMENDMENT POLICY:

Group Amendment Policy (5Rooms or more):

• Amendment less than 21 days before arrival (Decrement) accepted 20%
• 14 days before arrival (Decrement) accepted 10%
• Less than 14 days before arrival no amendment will be accepted.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

• In case of a No-show, the Full Stay including Meals will be charged as No Show charge.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Individual Booking (less than 5 rooms):

• 100% to be paid before the option date. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically released without prior notice.

Group Booking (more than 5 rooms):

• 50% to be paid within 48 hours from receiving the tentative confirmation letter and 100% to be paid 21 days prior to the arrival otherwise the booking will be released without prior notice and any paid amount will not be refunded.
