TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Rates are including VAT & Municipality fees.

CANCELATION POLICY :

Individual Bookings (less than 5 Rooms) :

• Cancellation within 48 hours or more will be free of charge. less than 48 before the arrival one night including meals will be charged as cancellation fees.

Group Bookings (5 Rooms or more):

• Cancellation 14 days prior to arrival or more will be free of charge, otherwise, 100% of the total amount of the group including meals will be charged.

AMENDMENT POLICY:

• GROUPS AMENDMENT POLICY (5 Rooms or more):
• Amendment less than 14 days before arrival (Decrement) accepted 20%.10 days before arrival (Decrement) accepted 30%.
• Less than 10 days before arrival no amendment will be accepted.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Individual booking (less than 5 rooms):

• 100% to be paid before the option date. otherwise, the booking will be automatically released without prior notice.

Group bookings (more than 5 rooms):

• 50% to be paid within 48 hours from receiving the tentative confirmation letter and 100% to be paid 14 days prior to the arrival otherwise the booking will be released without prior notice and any paid amount will not be refunded.

NO-SHOW POLICY:

• In case of a No-show, the Full Stay Including Meals will be charged as No Show charge.
