GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Above rates are per room, per night and including of taxes and calculated in Saudi Arabian Riyal.
• Meals will be served as per hotel Rest Set Up
• Extra Bed 100 SR

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY

• Free Cancellation acceptable 7 Days prior to arrival date for individual.
• One Night Charged will be applied with full packages if a written cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• Full stay value will be charged in case of NO-SHOW on the day of arrival.
• Amendments or change of room Types or changes in the meal plan will be permitted 3 days prior to arrival date only.
• Amendments will be subject to room type availability.
• The rooms will be allocated as per the run of the house with available configurations.

SERIES BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY

• 30 % of the total value of the groups or blocks requested to be deposited as per the option date provided by the hotel to validate the bookings in the systems.
• Terms conditions will be applied based on Confirmation letter send to the agent as per Seasonality.
• The remaining balance of the groups requested to be deposited 14 days prior to group arrival dates.

CHILD & FAMILY POLICY:

• Children up to 6-year-old sharing parent’s room are free of charge based on same meal plan with a maximum of two children without adding extra beds.
• Children between 6& 12 years of age sharing same room will be charged 50% for meals with free accommodation without adding extra beds.
• Children 12 years old and above will be considered an adult.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMING – LATE C/OUT POLICY:

• Check-in Time 17:00hrs and check-out time 12:00 Noon
• Early check-in should be booked from the previous night/ Late check-out should be booked including the following night and subject to availability.
• Requests for any late check-out must be confirmed by the hotel; the hotel shall charge 50% of the contracted room rate for any check-out from 12:00 noon until 18:00 hrs. and the full contracted room rate for any check-out at or after 18:00hrs. (Local Time)
